turning that old mirror into something new...

i am cleaning off my sd cards from my camera and came across quite a few images that have been saved for quite sometime.

when i saw this image, i just knew i had to share. often times trends are good and lead to some pretty awesome pieces.

this huge mirror, though it may not be old, it has a very baroque feel to it.

with a modern color blocking effect, a large hum drum piece can be amazing with just some creative thinking.

i know bright bold colors have been the it thing for old pieces of furniture, but what about more than one bright and bold color?

i think if done properly as see here by jimmie martin, then it is a yes!
