I have permitted blog sponsors in the past, but moved away from it. In the time frame, I have received a few emails from companies and small business asking about sponsored posts and the like. So after meeting with the team we decided to permit a few blog sponsors. The reality is in order to bring you DIYs, thrifting posts and all of those FREE tips, someone has to pay on the back end and sponsors are a great way for that to happen.
Many of you who use Pinterest noticed a lot of promoted pins lately, in that same sentence many of you grip and complain about Pinterest, which is a FREE service. Just imagine if Pinterest shut down because it could not afford to continue to run without revenue. All of you would be pretty upset.
