FRIDAY FINDS: $5 Ralph Lauren Wallpaper

I never know what I am going to find at a thrift store, until I take the time to go. Take for instance "about a week ago" I popped into one of my favorite spots and BAM! Shelves and shelves full of wallpaper!

The young man who was working there said a lady who was in the business was getting out of the business and dropped off two truck loads of wallpaper. Oh my! Stab me in the heart will ya! I can only imagine what the other wallpaper was. 

There was a lot when I arrived, but I restrained myself and only picked up the ones that really spoke to me. Now wallpaper isn't a quick project, but at $5 a roll and to be Ralph Lauren, I can always save it for my next house or something.

I dont normally post prices of things, because it can vary from area to area, but this one was too good not to share.

This is what I picked up.

I picked up 6 rolls of this damask wallpaper (that's all they had). I didn't buy the other wider gold-ish wallpaper as it looked like faux grass cloth. I have tons of grass cloth wallpaper, that I picked up in another store some time ago. So I opted not to go back for anymore. 

The first image shows a different kind of black and white floral wallpaper, but this particular one was spoke to me. I liked it. It has a masculine slash feminine vibe to it. Neutral. 

I am probably going to stash these away so they won't get damaged. The house I am living in right now is a rental, so I don't want to waste putting up the wallpaper and then having to take it down when I move.
