No TV in almost 4 years

Believe it or not, I have not had a TV in my apartment in almost 4 years. I sold my TV when I lost my job around 2011 and I needed the money. Is it okay to be honest?

Those times were very rough, but I survived them and actually, I don't miss having a TV in my apartment. Since I am currently a freelancer, I don't really have the time to actually sit and watch TV. I do need to notch out some time for myself, but all hope is not lost as far as being disconnected from the real world.

Nope. I don't have an actual TV, but I do have my Macbook Pro. I use sites like NBC - TVE to catch up on all of my favorite shows. I know sometimes I am a whole week behind on whats happening, but I like to do things on my own time. When shows like The Voice comes on, I am more than likely filling orders or posting to social media, so being able to watch it when I actually have the time, is a very very good thing.
In the past I have watched everything on Hulu, but not all of the good shows are on there so NBC Everywhere is one of the sites I use on a weekly basis when I am having some down time. If you have cable, it's very simple. All you do is sign in with your TV Provider's username and password and that's it! If you don't have cable, like me, you can always watch your favorite NBC show about a week later.

There are several great shows on NBC right now such as Heros RebornChicago FireChicago Med
and Chicago PD. Do you watch these shows? Do you watch them online or on your computer or smart phone?

Seeing as tho I am type this blog post on my Mac, that means I have just a bit more work to do.

Will you be catching up on any of these shows this weekend?
